Are you facing foreclosure? Or is your ARM resetting and you worry that you won’t be able to afford the payments?

You should call your mortgage company and speak to the loss mitigation team there. I know they are hard to reach. But you can speak to them about a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

And you are worried about how deed in lieu will drop your credit score.

I write about deed in lieu of foreclosure credit score and also I blog on MortgageReliefFormula.com on things like how to stop foreclosure, deed in lieu, how to do a short sale, how to get lower mortgage payments without getting a new loan, settling your credit card debts outside of bankruptcy, and more. I’ll write more about deed in lieu of foreclosure here too. Thanks and I hope this helps.

If you can get your lender to say yes to a deed in lieu offer, this seems like it should be a good option. But it often isn’t. If you do a deed in lieu of foreclosure, make sure you get your lender to report “paid satisfactory” or “paid settled” at the very worst to the credit bureaus.

Normally they report a deed in lieu of foreclosure as a foreclosure to the credit bureaus so this isn’t going to do you much good.

Check out my blog at MortgageReliefFormula.com or also my <a href="http://www.zimbio.com/Deed+in+lieu+of+foreclosure"deed in lieu of foreclosure credit score </a>blog. And I’ll be discussing it here also. Thank you for reading and I hope this is a little helpful to you.
